Chrysler has finally unveiled some of it’s new technology for 2009. Many of it’s 2009 models will come complete with most of this technology, and many people are anxiously awaiting these new developments from Chrysler. In a press release released by the car company, they talked about several new technological innovations that will not only make their vehicles more safe, but more convenient as well. These innovations are pretty tech-savvy, and have gotten the attention of an entire generation of drivers who crave more technology… well, than it is technology you will have!

First off, Chrysler is introducing it’s Uconnect Communications system. Basically, this system is made to compete with Ford’s SYNC system, and is a sort of Bluetooth-like technology that involves plenty of voice activation as well as some downloading of address books, pairing up of your phone, and even some changing of satellite radio stations, all by voice. Impressive? Well, that’s not all.

Chrysler is also going all out in the internet front… making every Chrysler vehicle a moving internet provider. That’s right, Chrysler will use a combination of 4G and WiFi broadband connectivity to keep you connected to the World Wide Web. You should be able to check emails, download music, and do other things that were before unheard-of in a Chrysler.

There are also plenty of new safety features, as well as a standard disengage of the front axle in some of it’s all-wheel-drive models. This will save some gas, and increase the vehicles fuel efficiency. So, all in all, Chrysler is growing as a serious techno-player in the upcoming year. Get ready to see Chrysler take you places… places that you have never been before. And you will even be able to get there while having the internet the entire way! Chrysler is definitely raising their limits… what will come next? Only time will tell.
